Every customer matters
An enquiry becomes part of a conversation, not just another notification.
More time for people.
Less routine work.
AI talks to your customers. Your team works in one place. You manage your business, not a dozen disconnected tools.
We are building Daliya to give businesses more time for people and growth.
When customer questions, bookings, team tasks and feedback are connected, everyday work becomes clearer. AI handles recurring conversations, while people stay involved wherever experience and judgement matter.
How it worksAn enquiry becomes part of a conversation, not just another notification.
Conversations, bookings and team actions come together around your business.
You set the AI's rules, assign access and bring in a human operator.
Enable the modules you need and build your workspace. Access depends on your plan, role and business settings.
Provide your business information, tone of voice and rules. The assistant answers using your materials, and complex conversations can be handed to a team member.
Company, product and service information, with instructions and boundaries for responses.
Integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. Conversation history and human replies within Daliya.
OpenAI and Google Gemini. Compare models by purpose and cost, without being tied to one provider.
Spam filtering, grouping consecutive messages and testing behaviour in the simulator.
Channels are connected after account and integration availability checks. A channel listed in the catalogue is not necessarily activated for your business.
Keep customer context and manage your schedule in a single workspace.
Customer profiles, linked conversations and a history of interactions with your business.
Daily, weekly and monthly views. Create, edit and cancel appointments.
Working hours, available time slots and booking resources: specialists, spaces or equipment.
Structured information about your offerings for both your team and the AI assistant.
Team members get the tools their responsibilities require. Managers can track completion and control access.
Owner, administrator, manager, operator and employee permissions are configured for each business.
Clock-in and clock-out records, work locations, personal history and a kiosk terminal with configured checks.
Recurring tasks, deadlines, comments and evidence of completion, including photos.
Learning materials, questions, assigned tests, results and employee knowledge assessments.
Collect feedback, follow up on enquiries and give customers a reason to return.
Campaigns for locations, staff and services. Feedback forms and rating summaries.
Incentive rules, rewards and customer access to programme benefits.
Prepare campaigns, set schedules and check the audience before activating delivery.
Checks for contact consent, channel availability and sending rules, including WhatsApp templates.
Outbound messages depend on customer consent, channel rules and activated sending capabilities. A prepared draft does not mean a campaign is already running.
Keep companies separate, assign team members and work with a partner while retaining control of access.
Separate workspaces, settings and member permissions for each company.
Plans, available modules, invoices and financial information within the scope of your role.
Owner-authorised access to configure and support a selected business.
Support requests and a knowledge base for using the platform.
Customers do not need to understand your internal processes. They ask a question in a familiar channel, and Daliya helps the conversation move forward.
Illustrative scenarios. The assistant's actions depend on its knowledge base, connected modules and permissions.

No. The AI assistant is one part of the platform. Daliya also includes conversations, a customer directory, calendar, team tools, feedback and loyalty. Available features depend on enabled modules and user permissions.
No. AI helps with recurring questions and defined scenarios, but it can make mistakes. Your team can take over a conversation, while the owner sets instructions and boundaries. Important answers and actions should be checked, particularly during setup.
Gemini 2.5 Flash and GPT-4.1 mini are currently available within the AI module. Other OpenAI and Google models are listed for comparison but cannot yet be activated. Usage-based charges with a 10% markup and monthly invoicing are planned, not automatically in effect.
Access is organised by business and role. The owner assigns team permissions and separately authorises partner access. AI requests are processed by the selected provider, and messages pass through the connected channel. Read more about data handling in the Daliya privacy policy.
The final cost depends on selected modules and onboarding arrangements. Current plans are available in your Daliya account. You can discuss selection and implementation with the team without buying features your business does not need.
Partners help implement and support the platform. Agents recommend Daliya and refer customers through a code or link. Referral status alone does not grant access to manage a customer's business.
